General rules and regulations for library user
- No any things except sheets can be brought into the library and Books should not be taken from one section to another section.
- Strict silence should be maintained in all parts of the library and Users must respect other library users.
- Smoking, drinking and consumption of food are not permitted inside the library.
- Any reader stealing damaging or knowingly removing library materials will be liable to a suspension from borrowing. He/she may in addition be able to be reported to the Vice Chancellor for disciplinary action.
- Books should not be replaced on the shelves by users but should be left neatly on the table.
- Disorderly conduct will render liable to suspension from the library.
- Seats cannot be reserved in the library. Library staff has the right to remove any belongings left unattended for an unreasonable length of time.
- Readers must present books, papers & student identity cards for inspection on the request of the library staff.
- Registered users have the rights to use the resources available in the library and inform their opinion through the suggestion box.
- User should act an information provider regarding stealing, damaging of any materials by any user.
- Users are expected to enter with the formal attire.
