Issuing Cloaks - 41st General Convocation
The 41st Annual General Convocation of the University of Jaffna will be held on 6th, 7th & 8th of October 2026 at the Indoor Stadium of the University of Jaffna in nine sessions.
BSMS Graduands those who will be conferred degrees at the above convocation are requested to obtain their cloaks at the Record Room of the University of Jaffna on 05.10.2026 (Monday) from 10.00a.m – 12.30p.m and 02.00p.m – 04.00p.m, producing either Student Identity Cards or National Identity Cards.
All necessary arrangements have been made by the University to take photographs at the convocation. Details of the sessions and other instructions related to above are available at the Notice Board of the Academic Affairs and Publication Branch.
