About Us
Department of Noi Naadal Chikitsai is a one of the departments of Faculty of Siddha Medicine. This Department includes Para-clinical and Clinical Subjects. There are 4 subjects are included in this department. These subjects commonly based on the clinical training. This department deals with the Siddha Pathology of Diseases, Disease Diagnosis, Treatment Protocol, Special Therapies, Management, Rehabilitation, Preventive Care and Medical and Dietary advices. It conducts clinical lectures and researches at Siddha Teaching Hospital, Kaithady and provides clinical knowledge to the students and quality of services to the patients.
Community engagement activities:
- Medical Camps conduct by Department of Noi Naadal Chikitsai to enhance the clinical knowledge to the students and gives good services to our nation.
- Health Awareness program conducted to patients mainly focusing in Communicable and Non- Communicable Diseases.
- Exhibition.
- Worlds Diabetic Day Celebration.
Clinical Lectures for different disciplines in various Siddha and Western Hospitals
These clinical lectures will help to the student for identification of organisms, investigation methods, proper diagnosis, improve practical and clinical skills and study the proper referral system.
