The 1st International Conference & Exhibition on Siddha Medicine (ICESM-2018), (Including Pre Conference Workshop) organized by the Unit of Siddha Medicine, University of Jaffna  collaborate with the  Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi (in process) and Dept. of Indigenous Medicine, Northern Province, Jaffna, Sri Lanka will be held from 23rd to 27th February 2018.

Instruction for Submitting Abstracts

Submission of scientific abstracts for oral / poster presentation.

Abstracts on any one of the above tracks could be submitted both in Tamil (Unicode) and English (Times New Roman) with extended abstracts on or before 31st December 2017. Theoretical statements should be avoided in an abstract.

The tracks should be mentioned at the top. The paper should be neatly computed in MS word, font size 12, space 1.5 & Keywords 4-5.

Venue: Unit of Siddha Medicine, University of Jaffna, Kaithady, Sri Lanka.

  • Pre-Conference Workshop will be held from 23rd to 25th February 2018.
  • ICESM 2018 will be held on 26th and 27th February 2018.

 

Important dates

  • Submission of Abstract with Extended Abstract – on or before 31st December 2017
  • Notification of Acceptance – 15th January 2018
  • Early Bird Registration – on or before 20th January 2018
  • Late Registration From 21st January 2018

Travel Information

To reach Jaffna, First, take airlines to Bandaranaike International Airport is located in Katunayake, 35 Km from Colombo. Katunayake Expressway is linking the airport to Colombo, with the travel time of around 15 minutes. From Colombo to Jaffna, there is local Flight, Train and Bus services are available.
